Football News understands that Parma have finally agreed to let Ishak Belfodil be loaned out to a club until the end of the season. The Serie A club, who own 50% of the player with Inter Milan owning the other 50%, had previously blocked the player’s attempts to move to West Ham after the player and Inter Milan had agreed.
We understand that West Ham United will look to rekindle talks with the player after they were earlier stalled by Parma.
QPR remain an interested party too but remain behind West Ham United in terms of progress that had been made.
Finally, Premier League side West Bromwich Albion have made a bid to sign the ex-French international according to Sky Italia although we are unable to confirm these reports at present.
