Turkish giants Besiktas have submitted a transfer offer to Lyon to sigh right-back Rafael, according to L’Équipe.
The bid is understood to have been rejected, not at the level at which OL could be convinced to accept.
Les Gones are also considering their right-back situation more holistically at present, with Léo Dubois signing at the beginning of next month on a free transfer from Nantes.
The present situation leaves Lyon, along with Kenny Tete, with 3 right-backs, meaning that one of Tete or Rafael will surely leave the club this summer.
Rafael, although arguably the more bankable asset, is a character who is particularly appreciated by the club hierarchy, which could mean that Tete exits instead.
