Reims are in negotiations with Watford to sign Dimitri Foulquier on loan

Ligue 1 side Stade de Reims are in negotiations with Premier League club Watford over the signing of French right-back Dimitri Foulquier, according to Goal France.

SDR have already had two offers rejected for the player, with a third bid in the offing, as talks continue between Watford and the French club.
