AS Monaco’s continue to maintain their frenzied January transfer window by completing their sixth signing of the month in Carlos Vinícius from Napoli on loan.
The powerful 23-year-old forward had spent the first half of the season on loan at Portuguese side Rio Ave, where he recorded an impressive 14 goals in twenty games in all competitions.
The Brazilian Vinícius follows Naldo, Cesc Fabregas, Fodé Ballo-Touré, William Vainqueur & Gelson Martins in signing at the Stade Louis II this winter break, becoming Leonardo Jardim’s first signing officially since the Portuguese’s return to his former 2017 Ligue 1 Champions.
